I'm a seasoned strategy and business development executive. My background combines 20 yrs of experience in management consulting (Booz & Company, today Strategy& / PwC) and strategy executive roles in various Finnish stock-listed companies (Tokmanni, Huhtamaki and Silmäasema). At Tokmanni, I was also a member of the Executive Team.

Consumers/customers, brands and driving growth have been my passion ever since I started my career in global FMCGs, primarily in brand management roles. Another passion of mine is developing the way strategy work is done towards a more continuous, agile process that corresponds to the needs of todays fast-paced, digital world - alongside tightly integrating Sustainability agenda and goals.

I've gained significant, hands-on experience in designing and leading various strategy, transformation and operational efficiency improvement projects. I'm accustomed to working in a cross-functional setting and managing stakeholders from Board level to front line staff.

Industry-wise, I have in-depth experience in Retail and Consumer, also from manufacturing and service businesses.

After a long career in consulting and strategy lead roles, I want to leverage my experience to support small and mid-sized growth companies as an independent consultant and advisor. I hope to see increasing number of Finnish and Nordic companies internationalize, reach higher growth pace and become more customer centric; supported by efficient operating model.
